During a field trip into the woods to clean up the environment, Rebecca and her classmates have all their toys confiscated by the headmistress Mrs. MacDow. With help from Ernest, Nadine and Francis, Rebecca schemes to recover the toys and return them to their owners. However, school bully, Peter, pushes in on the act. And, because of him, Mrs. Macdow recovers both the toys and Ernest, who is camouflaged as a toy truck. Using a smart ploy, Rebecca manages to recover the toys, rescue Ernest and get Peter a well-deserved punishment.
